An Ode to Jeni and Her Splendid Ice Creams

Jeni, oh Jeni, the queen of ice cream
always worthy of rave.
From Kona to cardamom, all flavors a dream,
though Salty Caramel's my fave.
Thai Chili, vanilla or Strawberry Rose,
It doesn't stop there.
Brioche with butter and black currant, too.
Something only your craving knows
or if your taste buds will dare.
"Ice Cream!," they scream, we all scream for you.
